Chin-Teng international Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is honor to get the second award that 2021”Hire Disability Person Excellent Unit” was held by the Taichung government.
On Apr 4th 2021, the Chairman of Chin-Teng Mrs. Lin Man Tsu attended the ceremony and get the award from the mayor of Taichung Lu Shiow Yen.
Chin-Teng keeps to help the disability person that can show their ability and always has the job. So Chin-Teng always hires the disability person actively, and provides the disability member good-working chance and Strive for the welfare.
Using the idea and application that “Job design again” from government policy, help the disability person to overcome the obstacle between the working environment and working. Make them can develop suitably in the workplace. Then the company focuses on the Disadvantaged group for long time and joins the supporting of material.
