  Project content:

 1. Biodiastase (amylase), the analysis method uses starch as the substrate for enzyme hydrolysis to determine the content of the hydrolyzed starch remaining after the enzyme hydrolysis. Quantitative enzyme activity.

 2. Newlase (protease), the analysis method uses casein as the substrate of the enzyme water sister, and determines the tyrosine content of the hydrolyzed product to quantify the activity of the enzyme.

 3. Lipase (lipase), the analysis method uses 4-Nitrophenyl dodecanoate as the substrate for enzyme hydrolysis. This compound is hydrolyzed by the enzyme to produce a colored compound, and the absorbance is measured to quantify the enzyme activity

The storage stability of enzymes is quite difficult. Only by relying on the determination of analytical methods can the quality of the raw materials be ensured.
