Well General Manager Tian Kechao is the enterprise pioneers also is the reformer. At the beginning the Chin Teng is a children scale pharmaceutical factory in Kaohsiung. Because the government carried out the GMP standard in 1984, and the old boss was afraid of investment GMP factory building that was unable to balance the expenses. So he planned to give up the management. But the General Manager Ke thought of the colleague work and family livelihood, and on the other hand thinking termination business was a pity very much. So General Manager Ke sent in the invitation field personnel more than 20 colleagues to discuss, and decided to move to the Taichung Dajia young lion industrial district from Kaohsiung and buy land to prepare for construction the GMP pharmaceutical factory. Then they contracted corporate business by the bank loan, and the colleague bought stock the way fund raising. The General Manager Ke has strong intentions, the explicit goal and powerful carries of action to face any challenge and always can the adverse circumstance seek livelihood. He fully showed his leadership, communication, excitation and ability of solving problems. And he had the broad judgment and the strong sense of mission together with the team, ideal and enthusiasm, behavior of consistent with words and deeds. He worked with the colleague embraces by“, the respect honestly, cherishing, thankful”and handled matters by“cautious and the pursuit is perfect”. Thus influences and internalizes in all staff's personality system. Everybody has the pressure which must certainly make money, hits diligently spells, faces the question practically. He build the mold “the family culture”for the business management way, and does not reduce staff and gives the staff chances to grow.  The couple Ke do not forget the origin heart “To provide relief the impoverished concern weak“ in the management process. They are enthusiastic in public welfare and enjoy doing charitable things. Because of that the company colleagues all are also influenced and form one kind of good compassion style, that causes the enterprise culture gradually “the honest quality, loving lifes”.
